KrPalace offers a selection of clothing, jewelry, and accessories from Korea, including many Made in Korea pieces.
How long does shipping take?
We do our best to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery time varies depending on your location and shipping method. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, and we do not generally accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to review the situation with you.
Do you offer store credit?
In certain situations, we may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us so we can review your request.
What if I need to send an item back?
Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
